The SGU and SLGA have appointed specialist golf club service providers, The Xact Group, to provide a bespoke online service supported by a dedicated helpline free to all Affiliated Clubs.

The service provides web access to golf club best practice information in respect of:

  • Human Resource / Employment Law Compliance
  • Health and Safety Compliance

The Human Resource & Employment Law site includes a comprehensive range of template documents including all policies, contracts, job descriptions and employee handbooks as well as a range of guidance notes and training modules covering the whole range of a golf club’s activity.
