Scottish Golf Academy

The Scottish Golf Academy is open to all boys and girls aged 15 and under (on 1 January 2012) with a handicap of 10 or less for boys and 20 or less for girls and nominations are open until 17 June 2011.

Nominations

*Please note that nominations for the Academy cannot be accepted until 1 March 2011*

Please read the Scottish Golf Academy Booklet to ensure you or the person you are nominating is eligible for the programme before progressing with your nomination.

Ready to nominate?...Please follow the simple nomination process below

1. Have you checked that the person being nominated is eligible for nomination?

*Yes - Please go to question 2
*No - If the person being nominated is too young to be eligible they can access coaching through our national ‘clubgolf’ programme. If too old or ineligible due to current playing handicap local PGA coaches operate in every region in Scotland. Please click here to access SGU Golf Central to search for facilities that deliver clubgolf and/or have a local PGA coach to help you find the appropriate coaching for the nominated player.

2. Has the person being nominated already been nominated through their county?

*Yes - You don’t need to do anything more, we’ll be speaking to you soon
*No - Complete and return Self Nomination Form available to download from Related Documents
