Welcome to the Scottish Golf Union website.

Whether you are a golf club member, a keen golfer, a visitor to Scotland or have an interest in Scottish golf, we hope you will enjoy using our website on a regular basis.

The aim of the Scottish Golf Union website is to keep you up-to-date with news, information and results relating to golf clubs and golf events in Scotland, or where Scottish players are competing further afield. The website also includes the best golfing directory for clubs in Scotland, our SGU Golf Central service, where you can find out all you need to know about joining a golf club, playing as a visitor or taking part in an open competition.

Our website also offers services to SGU affiliated golf clubs, whether it be marketing your club through SGU Golf Central or information relating the wide range of club services we have on offer, from golf and the environment to handicapping and course rating.
