Finance Convenor/Treasurer Workshops
We are delighted to work in collaboration with experienced accountants and finance experts to provide a dedicated day-long workshop for club staff and committees. This workshop includes a range of best practice advice, the opportunity to explore financial responsibilities for staff and volunteers, and what robust financial planning and procedures should be in place at every club. Practical examples and templates are provided as well as the opportunity to explore good financial governance in greater depth.
Management Development Programme
Our comprehensive training programme attended by more than 130 clubs offers Club Managers and Secretaries the opportunity to build on the skill sets they have brought with them from a previous career, by supplementing these with specific training in each of the core competencies areas including financial management.
