Club Governance

Managing a golf club in the 21st century is a serious business and an area which has evolved significantly in recent years. Many Scottish Golf affiliated clubs are recognising the importance of a good governance structure and implementing the changes necessary to be fit for purpose in the modern era.

In this section, we offer a variety of model documents and templates ranging from constitutions to Director’s responsibilities, committee structures, legal advice and a series of tools to guide your club through the steps required to make the changes.
