To support our existing team, we have created an exciting new vacancy within the Scottish Golf Performance department, with candidates sought for the role of Performance Manager.
The post holder will be a strong communicator, with significant experience of managing programmes or teams. Ideal candidates must have experience of performance sports development. Applicants should be highly organised, possess outstanding people skills, be passionate about golf and demonstrate an ability to work under their own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
A competitive salary and excellent benefits package is on offer. This role will be based in either our St Andrews or Edinburgh office, however given the nature of the role it is anticipated that evening and weekend work, along with an element of travel will be required in this role.
