National Squads

Representing your country is one of the biggest thrills in sport, at any level, and pulling on the Scotland jersey in golf’s amateur ranks is no different

For some it is the pinnacle of their golfing careers, for others it is the stepping stone to bigger things, perhaps even representing Scotland in the World Cup on the professional stage or turning out for Europe in the Ryder Cup or Solheim Cup.

Tour winners Russell Knox, Stephen Gallacher, Martin Laird, Richie Ramsay, Scott Jamieson, Marc Warren, Kylie Henry and Carly Booth are among those who have progressed with the governing body down the years, along with recent graduates like Bradley Neil, Connor Syme, Grant Forrest, Robert McIntyre, Kelsey MacDonald and Gemma Dryburgh.

Our national squads/Scottish Golf Academy players for 2019-20 can be viewed by selecting a group from the right hand menu, including personal profiles of the Men’s and Women’s Squads.
