The new domestic golf season tees off in Glasgow this weekend, with the Scottish Golf Show taking place at the SEC from Friday to Sunday (24 – 26 March).
The three-day festival of golf is the perfect place to get ready for the year ahead and, with juniors, concessions and women golfers all being admitted free of charge, it provides the ideal opportunity to get into golf.
Former Open champion and Ryder Cup winner Paul Lawrie will be on-hand to officially open the show on Friday morning and will be around for the rest of the weekend, along will other tour pros both past and present.
On top of that, there will be numerous opportunities to try the latest equipment from the game’s biggest brand names, as well as loads of fun and interactive features to take part in and prizes to be won.
A show spokesperson said: “The Scottish Golf Show is well established as the ideal curtain-raiser to the new golf season and this year promises to be no exception.
“With an exciting new floor-plan, a greater emphasis on interaction than ever before, plus the opportunity for kids, women and concessions to get in free, we truly believe there is no better place to begin a fantastic year of golf.”
