Scottish Golf R&A 9-Hole Challenge
Making a welcome return in 2019 after a hugely successful debut is the newly named and free to enter Scottish Golf R&A 9-Hole Challenge with Milnathort once again playing host to the two-day Scottish National Final on Thursday 13 and Friday 14 June.
The prize for the top four qualifying teams from the National Final is once again the money-can’t-buy experience of playing in the R&A 9-hole Challenge Final over Royal Portrush on the eve of The Open Championship where they will meet and compete against qualifiers from England, Ireland, Wales and Australia for the overall title.
How do I qualify for the Scottish Golf R&A 9-Hole Challenge Final?
We would encourage all affiliated clubs in Scotland to schedule a 9-hole stableford handicap qualifying event played in pairs (standalone fixture or attached to an existing 9 hole qualifying event) between January and the closing date (27 May 2019 at noon).
This free-to-enter competition is open to all male and female club members (pairs may include one player under the age of 18) holding a CONGU Competition Handicap. The top qualifying pair from each club will progress through to the National Final at Milnathort Golf Club, which will take place over two days on 13-14 June.
Entries Close Monday 27 May @ 12 Noon
How do I enter team after our qualifier?
Club pairs can be entered using the players CDH number
