Chef/Cook – Mortonhall Golf Club
Founded in 1892, Mortonhall is the oldest course in the City of Edinburgh over which golf is still played and is regarded as one of Scotland’s premier clubs. With its immaculate greens and fairways, lined with mature trees and whin-covered outcrops the course is a superb championship test of 6530 yards, boasting unrivalled scenic views across Edinburgh, the Firth of Forth and the Pentland Hills. The club has hosted the Scottish Amateur Stroke Play and the Scottish Youths Tournaments.
Mortonhall Golf Club is looking for a permanent experienced chef/cook who is ready to join our team in a busy golf club kitchen and has good all round kitchen knowledge. We have a broad spectrum from baking to carvery, breakfast rolls to dinners for 100+, the chef/cook must be a good all rounder and be able to work alone. Secretary/Treasurer – Leven Links Golf Course
Leven Links is an historic traditional golf course established in 1846. Leven Links Joint Committee manage the course on behalf of two historic golf clubs, Leven Golfing Society (est. 1820) and Leven Thistle Golf Club (est. 1867) is looking to recruit for the position of part time Secretary/Treasurer (12-16 hours a week). Apprentice Assistant Greenkeeper – Mortonhall Golf Club

With its immaculate greens and fairways, lined with mature trees and whin-covered outcrops the course is a superb championship test of 6530 yards, boasting unrivalled scenic views across Edinburgh, the Firth of Forth and the Pentland Hills. Mortonhall Golf Club is looking to employ an apprentice greenkeeper to join a team of six experienced staff. Initially training toward SVQ Level 3 will be provided on a block release basis by Elmwood College, Fife. Full on the job training will also be provided in all aspects of greenkeeping.

Qualified Greenkeeper – Wick Golf Club
An opportunity has arisen for the position of Greenkeeper at Wick Golf Club located on the east coast of Caithness. It is a traditional links course with beautiful views over Sinclair Bay. We are seeking an enthusiastic and fit person for a permanent position to work with our full time trainee greenkeeper. The successful applicant will require the necessary qualifications, be highly motivated to all aspects of the work required and be able to work without supervision and to an agreed plan. Wages will be in line with the National Industry recommendations. Wick has a soon to open new 3–18 years school campus and is a vibrant community with a vast menu of activities for Families. The population of circa 7,000 enjoys good road and rail links with an airport on the edge of town and a new marina opened in 2009. Wick Golf Club celebrates 150 as a Golf Club in 2020 and a planning sub-group has been formed.

Catering Franchisee – Kilmarnock (Barassie) Golf Club
An opportunity has arisen for the role of Catering Franchisee at Kilmarnock (Barassie) Golf Club. The successful candidate(s) should be experienced in the provision of a catering operation in a commercial environment. They must be creative and show the level of initiative required to develop the business in line with both the members’ requirements and their own ambition. The club is a thriving club with over 900 members and a growing reputation for visiting parties. The club has recently hosted the Junior Open 2016 and the AAM Scottish Open Qualifier 2017.
