Head Greenkeeper – Muir of Ord Golf Club

Muir of Ord Golf Club is a James Braid heathland/moorland course located 13 miles from Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland.  The Club is looking to recruit a Head Greenkeeper to fill the position which will become available on 1 September 2018 due to the retirement of the current Head Greenkeeper.

The Club is seeking an exceptional individual who is looking for a demanding yet rewarding role. The successful candidate will report directly to the Greens Convenor/Council of Management and maintain a continual liaison with the Club Manager. Catering Franchise – Kirkhill Golf Club

Kirkhill Golf Club Is a vibrant club based at the edge of Glasgow in Cambuslang. We have a modern club house with a fully, fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge and professional shop. We have a healthy golf membership who use the club house facilities regularly. Adjacent to the club there is a new housing estate which is currently under development and has boosted our social membership considerably.

A vacancy has arisen for a franchise operator to provide catering services to Club Members, Visitors and Golfing Outings, including events within the club house. In addition to members services, the successful applicant would be expected to cater for private functions, golf competitions and events, visitor packages and social events within the club.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates professionalism, a friendly personable manner and the personal drive to deliver a quality experience for our members and visitors.

Part-Time Assistant Greenkeepers – Muckhart Golf Club

Muckhart Golf Club is committed towards providing excellence both on the course and in the clubhouse, whilst enhancing the member and customer experience offered. The club is looking to fill the following part-time positions within greenkeeping:

  • Assistant Greenkeeper who is passionate about greenkeeping, hardworking, with a high level of course presentation. Able to work weekends on a rota basis, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. A competitive salary is offered dependent on qualifications and experience.
  • Seasonal Assistant Greenkeeper, the club has two vacancies.  The successful applicants will join the greenkeeping team to maintain and present the golf courses and surrounding areas at a consistently high standard. An induction training programme will be provided.

Strathaven Golf Club is a busy Member’s Golf Club situated on the edge of the town. The kitchen is open daily with a full menu of snacks and meals plus weekend specials. The Club caters for its members and their guests, team matches, club social functions and member’s private functions.
