Responsible for the Performance Academy, Girls and Boy’s Squads co-ordinating and overseeing the operational aspects of training programmes, camps, competitions and team events. Also working in conjunction with the Head of Performance to manage the Development Academy programme. Working closely with the team to ensure that the strategic direction of the performance programme continues to be implemented at all stages of the performance pathway.
Graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2011 with a BA honours degree in Sport and Physical Activity. Keen golfer with a passion for sport, currently holding a handicap of +2. Represented Scotland at the Ladies Home Internationals in 2015. Starting her career in golf in 2012 with the Ladies Golf Union as a Tournament Assistant which included working at both the Curtis Cup and The RICOH Women’s British Open. Gillian currently holds the R&A Level 2 Rules qualification and is a qualified UK Anti-Doping Educator.
